Job Purpose

This position is vital to promote Fluor’s competitiveness by delivering high-quality services and providing essential administrative and technical support on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review estimates, schedules, and progress reports.
• Track material quantities and provide analysis.
• Participate in equipment procurement and subcontracting activities.
• Perform complex engineering calculations and problem-solving.
• Mentor and develop team members through training.
• Analyze and recommend solutions to various engineering problems.

Basic Job Requirements

• A four-year degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ten years of relevant work experience or a combination of education and experience equating to fourteen years.
• Effective communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Technical knowledge required for completing job tasks.
