The Role

As a Senior Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance and security of our enterprise databases that support mission-critical SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for database technologies, resolving complex performance issues.
• Proactively monitor and optimize database performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure efficient query designs.
• Lead database upgrades and migrations.
• Mentor junior DBAs on best practices.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of database systems and hands-on experience managing production environments.
• Expertise in SQL Server and performance tuning.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and embrace AI tools.
• Willingness to attend the office weekly in Condesa, CDMX.
