Responsibilities

• Develop AI models for personalization and recommendations
• Design and enhance ETL pipelines for AI
• Utilize Azure OpenAI Service to boost AI capabilities
• Optimize generative AI results through prompt engineering
• Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation methods
• Collaborate with teams to define POC scope
• Prepare and preprocess data sets for AI model training
• Document development processes for reproducibility
• Monitor model effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Assist in AI models deployment in production

Requirements

• 3+ years of Data Science experience
• Proficiency in Azure OpenAI Service
• Understanding of Data Software Engineering
• Knowledge of Generative AI fundamentals
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation and NLP
• Ability to design ETL for AI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• English proficiency at B2 or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience in personalization/recommendation system development
• Familiarity with certification data management
• Knowledge of AI proof of concept workflows
