What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps Engineering.
• Advanced English.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Databricks on AWS in enterprise environments.
• Familiar with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands-on experience automating Databricks jobs using REST APIs.
• Strong in GitHub Actions workflows for CI/CD.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Understanding of Apache Spark.
• Implementing code quality and security checks.
• Experience with SDLC guardrails and access management.
• Monitoring and logging for cloud platforms experience.
• Ability to design cost-efficient data platforms.
• AI-enthusiastic and familiar with modern data engineering platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive mindset.
• Agile/Scrum experience.

Nice To Have

Experience with AI tools such as Cursor or Google Antigravity is a plus.
