As a Senior Data Entry Operator, lead in executing high-volume data entry projects with a focus on accuracy and speed. Your role includes overseeing data entry processes, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the highest standards of data quality and integrity.

What you will do

• Manage complex data entry projects, coordinating with multiple teams and departments.
• Establish and enforce data entry policies and standards to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Provide expertise in data management and suggest improvements to optimize data entry processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of data entry clerks, setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
• Analyze data entry workflows and implement strategies to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enhance data entry tools and software.
  
  

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in data entry.
• Strong understanding of complex data structures and database systems.
• Extensive experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong expertise in data management and quality control procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead data entry projects and teams.
• Knowledge of advanced data processing and reporting techniques.
