The Opportunity

Join our talent network to connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based work as a Senior Data Engineer (Databricks + AI/ML). You will integrate directly into our client's team and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree completion is required.
• Experience with scalable data pipelines and platforms.
• Hands-on Databricks experience.
• Support for AI/ML workflows, preparing data for ML models.
• Familiarity with ML pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Experience in ETL/ELT pipeline optimization.
• Strong SQL and data modeling background.
• Experience with Python or similar languages.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Data quality and performance optimization experience.
• Knowledge of Delta Lake, Spark, and Databricks workflows.
• Collaboration with data scientists and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle new challenges and contribute to libraries.
• Attention to detail and a positive mindset.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Ownership of your work and commitment to client goals.

Nice To Have

We value engineers enthusiastic about AI in their workflow. Experience with Cursor, Windsurf, Google Antigravity, or tools like Claude Code and Codex is advantageous.
