The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Senior Data Engineer (Databricks + AI/ML). You will collaborate directly with our client’s existing teams daily.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
• Advanced English is required.
• A four-year college degree is necessary.
• Experience with scalable data pipelines and platforms.
• Hands-on work with Databricks.
• Supporting AI/ML workflows, including data preparation for models.
• Experience with ML pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with Python or similar languages.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in data quality and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Delta Lake, Spark, and Databricks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous integration and delivery experience.
• Detail-oriented and positive mindset.
• Agile/Scrum team experience.
• Your work shows extreme ownership and commitment.
• Understanding client goals and dedication to deliverables.

Nice To Have

Engineers who are AI-enthusiastic in their workflow will stand out. Experience with Cursor, Windsurf, Google Antigravity, or tools like Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex is a plus.
