We are looking for a seasoned Senior Data Delivery Manager to drive the successful implementation of data-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of data project delivery to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and timely completion
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to maintain shared goals and focus
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions to guarantee successful completion
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, including timelines and resource assignments
• Champion best practices in data delivery and management across teams and departments
• Ensure data integrity, reliability, and accuracy throughout all project stages
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and convert them into actionable deliverables
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to promote understanding and alignment
• Optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability in project execution
• Analyze project outcomes and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
  
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in data science and analytics
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles, such as Manager, Lead, or Architect, within Agile or hybrid environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 40 or more professionals across various disciplines
• Experience delivering at least 8 full project cycles or bringing 2+ major products or key capabilities to market
• Proven expertise in planning, overseeing, and evaluating the delivery of complex data initiatives
• Skilled in developing and implementing data strategies that align with organizational goals and enable informed decision-making
• Advanced abilities in data profiling to identify patterns, resolve quality issues, and enhance data usability
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and oral, at a professional advanced level

• Certifications in delivery management frameworks, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar credentials
