We are seeking a highly skilled remote Senior Data Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally to support sales and creating and passing actionable insights to sales. You will also build and present insightful lead generation analytics and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver product insights.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to support sales & client enablement to expand the lead generation initiatives, creating and passing actionable insights to sales
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver product insights
• Create and maintain a unified “source of truth” view that will provide consistent and easily accessible data
• Design and build Tableau reports that provide ongoing delivery of product usage and performance reports across client segments, product segments, strategic initiatives, salespeople, and teams
• Work on various data management related tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Support the assessment of current internal intelligence; evaluate internal data sources for closing gaps, identify best practices evaluation; systematize analysis
• Work with databases and other internal data platforms to extract product usage and client information and analyze customer behavior
• Ongoing operational ad-hoc support of various AWT efforts, partnerships, and data reporting using a mix of SQL and Python
  
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analytics and Visualization, showcasing your expertise in data analysis and quality
• Proficiency in Salesforce Tableau, SQL, and Python, enabling you to extract product usage and client information and analyze customer behavior
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and prioritize product initiatives
• Strong focus on teamwork and exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage stress effectively, maintaining a high level of performance even under pressure
• Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
