Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the POC's scope and objectives.
• Develop analytical insights for personalizing career recommendations.
• Design and implement ETL processes for AI data preparation.
• Utilize Retrieval-Augmented Generation for algorithm development and solution recommendations.
• Conduct Prompt Engineering for optimizing AI inputs and outputs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to extract insights from data.
• Document processes and methodologies for project transparency.
• Present findings to internal and client stakeholders.
• Stay updated on GenAI industry trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science and Analytics.
• Knowledge of Data Software Engineering and GenAI Development.
• Expertise in ETL processes for AI.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Experience with content-related data analysis.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving capabilities in data-related issues.
• Minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of Natural Language Processing methods.
• Experience in implementing NLP for AI applications.
• Familiarity with NLP in recommendation systems.
