We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in enabling data-informed decision-making across the organization.

In this position, you will work with diverse teams to explore complex datasets, generate meaningful insights, and support key strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

• Examine large datasets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that align with organizational objectives
• Partner with stakeholders to gather data requirements and provide customized solutions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to showcase key metrics and business performance
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data across various reporting platforms
• Design and document workflows for data gathering, analysis, and reporting processes
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Contribute to the adoption of data-focused strategies to enhance processes and outcomes
• Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and practices in data analysis

 

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and their application in real-world scenarios
• Proven experience with implementing SDLC processes in projects
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and workflows
• Advanced skills in SQL for managing and querying databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipeline management systems
• Expertise in using data visualization tools such as Salesforce Tableau
• English proficiency at a B2+ level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Nice to have

• Certifications in data analysis, data visualization, or related areas
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for managing and analyzing data
