How You’ll Make The Impact

• Oversee creative strategy and execution by partnering with the extended Marketing and Communications team.
• Lead sustainable creative and content development from ideation to execution.
• Ensure creative quality across all content production projects.
• Design and deliver high-impact executive presentations.
• Lead creative direction for visual and written elements.
• Orchestrate the end-to-end content production process.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal guidelines.

Your Background

• Professional experience in creative or design, preferably as a designer or copywriter.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of creative concepts and brand strategy.
• Ability to conceptualize and design impactful presentations.
• Experience translating brand stories for creative teams.
• Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with design tools like PowerPoint and Photoshop.
• Strong business acumen and organized, results-driven approach.
• Experience in B2B industries, preferably in electrification.
