Location: Remote Only candidates based in Chile with valid RUT
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior SAP SD Consultant with strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, solid knowledge of SD processes, and expertise in IDoc troubleshooting and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor communication channels and mailboxes to identify and create incidents.
Track and manage incidents using SharePoint and internal tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve IDoc-related issues, with a clear understanding of IDoc structures and flows.
Apply SAP SD pricing concepts, especially in IDoc contexts.
Collaborate quickly and effectively with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, Basis) to resolve incidents.
Communicate clearly in English with global stakeholders (both in meetings and written correspondence).
Provide support and enhancements for SAP SD modules in AMS and project environments.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in SAP SD consulting.
Strong understanding of SD processes (order-to-cash, pricing, billing).
Proven experience in IDoc monitoring and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
Familiarity with incident management tools and SharePoint.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving, coordination skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Residence in Chile with valid RUT (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in global SAP implementations or AMS support.
Exposure to integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI).
SAP SD certification (a plus).
