Senior Consultant – SAP BW / HANA

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Consultant – SAP BW to join our team and support the delivery of advanced business intelligence solutions using SAP BW on HANA, BW/4HANA, and Native HANA. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in data modeling, reporting, and analytics, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with offshore teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize SAP BW solutions on HANA and BW/4HANA platforms.
• Build and maintain BW queries, BEx reports, CDS views, and data models.
• Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using BIW, Open Hubs, and APDs.
• Integrate reporting tools such as Analysis for Office (AFO) and Power BI.
• Provide support for SAP upgrades and production environments.
• Participate in end-to-end project implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to understand needs and provide solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW on HANA, BW/4HANA, and Native HANA.
• Strong expertise in BW Queries, BEx Reporting, CDS Views, and Data Modeling.
• Experience with ETL processes, Open Hubs, APDs, and enhancement techniques.
• Familiarity with Analysis for Office (AFO) and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of SAP project lifecycles and support models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with offshore and cross-functional teams.
• ABAP knowledge is a strong plus.
