About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Cloud SysOps/System Operator to manage and enhance cloud operations in a highly automated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize cloud environments, managing resources such as VPC, EC2, storage solutions (EBS/EFS/FSx), IAM, and monitoring systems.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Perform Kubernetes operations to deploy and manage applications.
• Build and manage cloud monitoring systems.
• Apply OS and application patching and manage OS security settings.
• Handle incident management processes and monitor performance.
• Plan and execute operational changes.
• Perform application performance tuning.
• Write and maintain detailed operational runbooks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management.
• Expertise in cloud operations with a focus on AWS services.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Strong background in IaC and GitOps.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes operations.
• Skills in change and incident management.
• Practical experience in cost and capacity management.
• English level of minimum B2.

Nice to Have

• Experience transitioning to cloud-native SaaS models.
• Familiarity with installer automation concepts.
• Background in setting up training clouds.
