About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong key account management experience in the lithium battery, energy storage, EV, or power solutions industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing strategic customers, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth through solution-based selling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with major/key customers
  • Gain deep understanding of customer technical and commercial requirements
  • Promote and sell lithium battery products and customized energy storage solutions
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by identifying growth opportunities
  • Coordinate internally with engineering, production, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Lead contract negotiation, pricing discussions, and proposal development
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking activities


Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as Key Account Manager / Sales Manager in:
  • lithium battery manufacturing
  • energy storage systems (ESS)
  • EV batteries or forklift batteries
  • industrial battery or power solutions industry
  • Experience in B2B sales and solution selling based on customer needs
  • Strong technical understanding of lithium battery products is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in English preferred
  • Background in forklift battery or lithium battery industry is required
