Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst who will bridge the gap between clients, product teams, and engineers. Your responsibilities will include running discovery sessions, mapping processes, and ensuring solutions meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews to understand goals and workflows.
• Document processes, business rules, and edge cases.
• Support project sizing and drive resolution of risks and assumptions.
• Create user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and design teams to align requirements with development.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Business or Product Analyst in software projects.
• Experience with user stories in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of process mapping and data modeling.
• Proficiency with Jira and familiarity with Figma.

Nice to Have

• Background in consultancy or software services.
• Experience with compliant-heavy domains.
• Familiarity with web application stacks.
