Role Overview

The Business Analyst will facilitate the transformation of business problems into clear, actionable requirements. You'll collaborate closely with clients, product teams, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews to understand goals and workflows.
• Document processes and requirements clearly.
• Break down project scope into manageable pieces for engineering estimation.
• Identify and resolve risks and dependencies early.
• Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize project backlogs.
• Ensure UI/UX designs align with project requirements.
• Maintain organized documentation for decisions and requirements.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients regarding project scope.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business or Product Analysis.
• Strong skills in writing user stories in an agile environment.
• Experience in running discovery sessions and process mapping.
• Proficient with Jira and familiar with Figma.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an agency or consultancy environment.
• Familiarity with compliance-heavy sectors.
• Knowledge of web application stacks and AWS.
