Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in digital transformation projects, specifically in eCommerce and Content Management Systems (CMS). This position involves collaborating with various teams to deliver projects that drive business growth and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects, concentrating on eCommerce platforms or CMS solutions.
• Engage with critical stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors to understand business objectives and convert them into specifications.
• Execute detailed process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to enhance digital workflows, customer journeys, and operations.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners to align business goals with technology solutions.
• Document current systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Steer the creation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for Agile/Scrum projects.
• Support and influence the roadmap for digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and regular status updates.
• Assist in testing phases through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related area; Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst focused on digital transformation.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms like SAP Commerce, Magento, and Shopify.
• Familiarity with CMS tools such as Contentful and WordPress.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering for complex systems.
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong data analysis skills to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and workflow diagrams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving abilities; adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Good English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
