Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and business needs.
• Document workflows and business processes for actionable insights.
• Develop data-driven solutions to enhance processes.
• Organize workshops and lead requirement gathering efforts.
• Create detailed documentation, including user stories and project specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Assist in testing and ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as a BI Analyst, with insurance sector experience preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of data quality principles and experience in validation.
• Ability to convert business goals into KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira.
• Proven ability to suggest innovative process improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
