Role Overview

As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for converting complex data into actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Analyze workflows and business processes to derive key insights.
• Design innovative, data-centric solutions to optimize business operations.
• Lead workshops and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions.
• Develop documentation including user stories and business requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Support solution implementation and testing.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, ideally in the insurance sector.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data quality principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into KPIs and metrics.
• Experience with data models and understanding entity relationships.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
