Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define project objectives, and gather detailed requirements.
• Map and document business processes to uncover opportunities for optimization.
• Identify areas for business improvement and recommend actionable solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements gathering.
• Prepare documentation including user stories and business requirement documents.
• Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business objectives into actionable functional specifications.
• Support solution implementation and testing, ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts including ETL/ELT processes.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to translate business needs into KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
