Your Role

As a Senior Bank & Integrations Engineer, you'll architect and implement essential systems at a rapid pace, pushing for excellence and full ownership.

Where you'll create impact

• Own end-to-end execution for backend systems.
• Implement and validate payment data pipelines.
• Manage secure connectivity with banks.
• Lead integration projects across systems.
• Ensure accurate customer-facing integrations.
• Debug and resolve connectivity and payment issues.
• Automate processes to increase reliability.
• Drive outcomes for product velocity and stability.

What sets you up for success

• Solid work ethic and 8+ years of backend systems experience.
• Expertise in Python and modern frameworks.
• Strong database fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and payments preferred.
• Ability to operate in evolving environments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $30,000+ USD
• Base Salary: $100,000 – $175,000 USD
• 27 PTO days and remote work flexibility.
