The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Senior Backend Engineer specializing in Laravel and Go Microservices. You will integrate directly into our client's team, collaborating daily with their designers and engineers.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• Advanced English required.
• College degree completion required.
• Experience with Laravel and PHP for core backends.
• Ability to convert monolithic logic to Go Microservices.
• Experience in scaling backend infrastructure for high-traffic applications.
• On-call engineering experience with strict SLAs.
• Familiarity with payments, redemptions, or fraud prevention is a plus.
• Previous work with frontend stacks like Next.js or React Native is also a plus.
• Experience with AI coding assistants is advantageous.
• Must be available to work standard business hours aligned with Pacific Time.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Nice To Have

Experience or personal projects in AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code are highly valued.
