As our Senior Backend Engineer, you will architect features and systems end-to-end at an incredible pace.

Where you'll create impact

• Design and build core backend systems (Python preferred)
• Build APIs, services, and infrastructure that handle real-time, business-critical accounting logic
• Launch production-ready features from scratch, including CI/CD pipelines
• Manage complexity in a business-logic-heavy product

What sets you up for success

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering
• Experience deploying on AWS
• Strong database skills: PostgreSQL, SQL
• Fluent in English (C1+)

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $40,000 - $60,000 USD
• Base Salary: $100,000 - $175,000 USD
• Time Off: 27 PTO days
