Your Role

As a Senior BackEnd Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain back-end services that support our core mission: democratizing auction-based infrastructure for marketplaces. This role involves implementing scalable systems for effective campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-performance applications while ensuring code quality.
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews to drive engineering best practices.
• Optimize system performance and ensure reliability in distributed architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

We’re open to candidates who may not check every box but demonstrate strong potential:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Expertise in high-performance systems and modern software architecture.

Bonus Points

Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, or fluency in additional languages is a plus.
