Role Details

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Paid acquisition is Scale Army's biggest growth driver. We spend close to $100K/month across paid channels, aiming for $150K/month by year-end with justified results. Your job is to ensure this scale-up maintains lead quality.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Own:

• Paid strategy across channels, primarily Meta, with the goal to expand others like Google, LinkedIn, X, CTV.
• Hands-on execution including building, launching, and optimizing campaigns.
• Creative direction with our in-house team, guiding testing and feedback processes.
• Full-funnel accountability, collaborating closely with CRO and Sales to connect ad performance with post-click actions.
• Disciplined budget scaling; you will manage when to increase or decrease spend.

Career Path

You'll start as a senior operator focused on stabilizing performance and scaling successful strategies, with potential growth into a Growth Lead position.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Senior-level experience in paid acquisition, especially Meta.
• Proven track record in scaling spend while improving key metrics.
• Strong HubSpot skills for attribution and reporting.
• Fluency with AI tools for analysis and reporting.
• Comfort with taking ownership and navigating ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B2B demand generation experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Google, X, or CTV.

Collaborative Team

You will work with a diverse team including the Head of Marketing, CEO, and various creative roles.
