Your Role

As a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you'll lead AI initiatives and build advanced machine learning systems that drive business innovation. You'll design sophisticated models, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with product and data teams to bring AI models to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced machine learning models and AI systems focusing on scalability and performance.
• Lead technical decisions and provide guidance for AI development initiatives.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in AI best practices and machine learning methodologies.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Drive model optimization, evaluation, and deployment to production environments.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge AI technologies and frameworks to enhance capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
• Extensive experience with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains.
• Proven ability to lead AI projects and mentor engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and cloud-based AI platforms.
• Advanced level of English.
