What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst (SA) within BCG's Industrial Goods Practice Area, you will join a global team, contributing metals & mining expertise to case and proposal teams. You’ll assist in developing knowledge assets and work on commercialization efforts, while collaborating with business leaders on marketing initiatives.

• Solving client problems with relevant research in metals & mining.
• Maintaining assets for the sector across various client contexts.
• Possessing experience in technical marketing or exploration/mining services.
• Communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Working collaboratively in virtual teams.
• Bringing creativity and innovative thinking.
• Navigating complexity and ambiguity.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of consulting or 3+ years of industry experience in relevant fields.
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for a global collaborative environment.

As a Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with global colleagues across BCG to bring expertise to clients. The Knowledge Team consists of experts who support case teams and business development through insights and proprietary tools.
