The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Senior AI-Native Engineering Lead.

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in software development and AI Native SDLC practices.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Extensive experience architecting, developing, and delivering large-scale production software systems.
• Proven experience establishing software architecture, engineering standards, and code quality.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-native SDLC practices using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI throughout the SDLC.
• Strong background in building AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, and prompt engineering.
• Extensive full-stack app development experience using Node.js, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Practical experience building backend services using Python or similar languages.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub workflows, Docker, and integration testing.
• Experience with AWS and modern engineering tools.
• Passion for continuous improvement and AI-driven engineering.
• Ability to work through new issues and contribute to libraries.
• Forensic attention to detail and a positive mindset.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
