We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the configuration, integration, and development of advanced AI solutions for critical systems and workflows.

This position will focus on implementing and optimizing AI-driven tools, such as CodeMie and System Analytic Assistants, to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large language models (LLMs), system integration, and regulatory standards, with a passion for driving innovation in AI technologies.

 

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate customer-specific Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing workflows
• Manage and implement user creation workflows and permissions for AI systems across various teams
• Design and configure data sources and integrate them into CodeMie for seamless data flow and analytics
• Develop and implement an AI-based System Analytic Assistant to improve system-level operations and productivity
• Integrate the System Analytic Assistant with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Polarion to support tracking, collaboration, and project management
• Connect AI systems to code repositories such as GitHub and Azure DevOps, as well as Azure subscriptions, to enable data access and workflows
• Manage indexing workflows for Jira, Confluence, Polarion, and Azure data to enable comprehensive RAG (Red-Amber-Green) assessments and analytics
• Implement AI capabilities that align with ISO and FDA standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and US 21 CFR 820.30 (b)
• Configure AI systems to support quality management, risk management, software lifecycle processes, and safety requirements in compliance with regulatory standards
• Ensure seamless integration of AI workflows with ISO, FDA, and IEC standards through proper indexing and configuration

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in AI engineering or related roles
• Proficiency in building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) tools
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure and its subscription services
• Experience with data integration and APIs, including Jira, Confluence, Polarion, GitHub, and Azure repositories
• Expertise in DevOps workflows for indexing, data management, and automation
• In-depth understanding of AI-based frameworks and tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
• Experience with RAG indexing models and integrating analytics into decision-making workflows
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles for creating user-friendly AI systems and interfaces
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across engineering, compliance, and business units
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher

 

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO, FDA, and IEC standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304
• Experience implementing data compliance processes for sensitive data under regulatory frameworks
