A fast-growing, AI-powered SaaS company is looking for a Senior Account Manager – Customer Growth & Success to lead post-sale relationships and unlock new opportunities across high-value clients. You’ll work at the intersection of customer satisfaction and revenue expansion, ensuring every account is nurtured, retained, and ready to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the client lifecycle post-sale—from onboarding through renewals and upsell.
  • Build trusted relationships across a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Deeply understand each client’s goals, workflows, and adoption path.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to close them.
  • Conduct regular success reviews, planning calls, and product feedback loops.
  • Monitor account health and intervene early to reduce churn risk.
  • Maintain detailed account records and activity tracking in CRM platforms.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B partnerships.
  • Proven ability to grow accounts and lead conversations that drive impact.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable navigating SaaS platforms and customer feedback tools.
  • Organized, goal-driven, and eager to collaborate across remote teams.

Bonus

Experience with tools like HubSpot, Airtable, or Slack, and a background in SaaS or AI products.
