The Role

As a Senior ABM Specialist, you'll lead BairesDev's ABM and demand-gen efforts to fuel our growth, planning and executing campaigns for strategic accounts and collaborating with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated ABM and demand-gen campaigns targeting high-value enterprise and tech accounts.
• Partner with Sales and SDR teams to prioritize target accounts and buyer personas.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement and pipeline.
• Measure and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
• Ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities between marketing and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Account-Based Marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in a B2B company.
• 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing.
• Advanced level of English.
