💡 About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious Backend Engineer to join our small but mighty team and help shape the future of hospitality operations.

This is a foundational hire on the engineering side. You’ll work closely with the CTO , COO and cross-functional teams to build internal tools that streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and unlock operational efficiency. Your work will directly impact how we run our business behind the scenes—fast, clean, and smart.

Hybrid role in Santiago. We make exceptions for remote folks outside those cities if the fit is right.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems powering our internal tools
• Design and implement APIs, automations, and integrations with third-party systems
• Collaborate with product and operations to deeply understand internal pain points
• Turn complex workflows into simple, reliable software
• Help shape technical decisions, architecture, and dev processes
• Be a multiplier for the rest of the team—make our tools so good, no one wants to go back

🚀 You’ll Thrive Here If You…

• Have 2+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer (ideally in B2B SaaS)
• Are scrappy, entrepreneurial, and love building from 0 to 1
• Write clean, well-tested code and move fast without breaking things
• Communicate clearly and collaborate well with non-engineers
• Have a product mindset—you care as much about why something is built as how
• Have B2 or higher English level

⭐ Bonus Points

• Experience building internal tools or admin dashboards
• Worked with supply chain, procurement, or hospitality data
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools or automating operational workflows
