We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

Currently, we're expanding into an exciting area: teaching AI Assistant models to be more useful for finance professionals. We need experts with advanced degrees (MBA+) or real-world experience to shape how AI understands financial principles.

In This Role, You May

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers about macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of an AI Assistant's work based on your education and experience.
• Challenge the models with complex, real-world scenarios to test their reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance each new version of the AI.

Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems for evaluation.
• Assess the quality output from AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (bilingual-level proficiency).
• Detail-oriented and proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and data analysis.
• A Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
