Your Role

As a Scrum Master, you'll lead, coach, teach, and unblock team members with the goal of having a successful deliverable during the project’s lifecycle. You'll manage issues, generating client confidence about execution quality and team expertise.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Agile methodology absorption across team members.
• Lead Agile ceremonies during the project lifecycle.
• Support the Product Owner on task description and estimation.
• Ensure understanding of project status using Agile metrics and reports.
• Help unblock team members, activities, or issues needing attention.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master certification.
• US Visa (B1-B2 or ESTA) is mandatory.
• Advanced English level.
• Experience in IT companies (desirable).
