Role of a Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will lead and coach team members to ensure successful project deliverables. Your role includes anticipating issues, building client confidence, and advancing your career in this evolving path.

Your Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile methodology adoption among team members.

- Lead Agile ceremonies during the project lifecycle.

- Support the Product Owner in task estimation and description.

- Use Agile metrics to ensure proper understanding of project status.

- Help unblock team members and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

- 4+ years as a Scrum Master.

- Scrum Master certification is required.

- US Visa (B1-B2 or ESTA) is mandatory.

- Advanced English proficiency.

- Experience in IT companies is a plus.
