How You’ll Make An Impact
- Identifies new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team. Qualifies new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists.
- Negotiates agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions.
- Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs. Recommends frame agreements to management and executes upon approval.
- Analyzes and evaluates bids to determine the optimal value.
- Supports bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information.
- Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues.
- Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price;
- RFI process (template to be provided by SCM) to gather suppliers information and analyses supplier competences
- Data analysis: Gathers and interprets relevant data (cost, quality, demand patterns, etc.) and provides analytical support
- As per SCM request, manage the RFP process through e-action.
- You will work closely with other function to Initiate, promote and support projects and bring value on total cost of ownership, risk mitigation, quality, cash, lead time, material availability.

- Conducts all SCM activities for goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Ensures the global supplier relationship management platform is updated and the suppliers in the scope of responsibilities are qualified accordingly.
- Broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through work experience of +4 years.
- Experience with the SAP Material Module (MM) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- The technical background or an interest in technical topics (eg. Automations and Controls of Electrical Substations, Renewables Energy, Information technology) will be considered an additional strength.
- Fluent knowledge of English (C1).
- Strong negotiation and problem – solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
