Role Overview

In this role, you'll act as the key specialist in SAP S/4 HANA Finance transformation, guiding best practices across all finance areas. You will serve as the go-to expert for system implementation and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Act as the in-house expert on SAP S/4 HANA functionality, focusing on FI/CO, TR, and MM modules.
• Guide the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.
• Advise finance teams on SAP best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance processes.
• Align SAP functionality with business requirements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting SAP S/4 HANA issues.
• Assist with change management to transition from legacy systems to SAP.
• Create and maintain documentation for SAP workflows and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay updated on new SAP enhancements and propose system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles with a proven track record in SAP implementation projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in FI, CO, TR, and MM modules.
• Advanced/Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong multitasking abilities.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Fintech or Payment Industry environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies for finance transformation projects.
• Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA Finance.
