Role Overview

Join a paid remote AI training program aimed at software engineers across Latin America. This flexible opportunity allows you to review AI-generated code, evaluate its accuracy, and craft coding challenges to enhance AI performance. No prior AI experience is necessary!

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy and efficiency.
• Assess AI responses for correctness and quality.
• Create original coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs and inconsistencies in AI code.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance AI responses.
• Adhere to project guidelines and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering (junior, mid-level, or senior).
• Skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Background in full stack, backend, or frontend development.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must be authorized to work in one of the following locations: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, or Venezuela.

Compensation

• Earn up to $34 USD/hr plus performance incentives averaging 7.5%.
• Payments via PayPal or AirTM weekly.

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote and asynchronous.
