About The Company
Join a small, Canada-based team operating a Salesforce-based application. Their product helps customers upload images and metadata from mobile devices, which then sync to Salesforce. They are seeking a proactive and technically strong Salesforce Developer to maintain and improve their system, particularly in the Classic environment.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and support our existing Salesforce Classic application
- Troubleshoot sync issues between mobile devices (iOS/Android) and Salesforce
- Investigate data discrepancies, debug Apex code, and Visualforce pages
- Communicate regularly with the internal team via Slack and Jira
- Work closely with the General Manager and Customer Service Representative to resolve live issues in a timely manner
- Participate in regular check-ins and report progress or blockers
- Support and contribute to mobile app development (iOS/Android), working alongside our part-time mobile developer
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Strong experience working with Salesforce Classic (not Lightning)
- Proficient in Apex and Visualforce
- Experience maintaining and debugging existing Salesforce applications
- Familiarity with mobile-to-Salesforce sync mechanisms
- Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android), and ability to contribute to ongoing mobile efforts
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with any of the following tools/technologies is a plus (but not required): AWS, Postmark, Docparser, Postgres, Firebase, Sentry, Fastlane, App Store/Google Play, RevenueCat, TestFlight, Jira & Slack.
