Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong focus on onboarding and implementation to support the successful setup and rollout of Salesforce environments for new customers and internal teams.

This is a part-time role ideal for a highly autonomous professional who can take ownership of end-to-end onboarding processes , from initial configuration to go-live and early-stage optimization.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth implementations, scalable configurations, and a high-quality onboarding experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce onboarding and implementation processes for new customers and internal use cases
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations
  • Configure and customize Salesforce (objects, fields, record types, flows, validation rules) aligned with onboarding needs
  • Design and implement repeatable onboarding frameworks and templates
  • Manage initial data migration, imports, and data structure setup
  • Configure user roles, profiles, and permission sets based on client or team requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth go-live and adoption
  • Support early-stage troubleshooting and post-implementation stabilization
  • Assist with sandbox setup, testing coordination, and release support during onboarding phases
  • Build initial reports and dashboards to support customer success and revenue tracking
  • Document onboarding processes, configurations, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  • Proven experience in Salesforce onboarding, implementation, or deployment projects
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security architecture
  • Experience with Flow Builder and automation best practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams during implementation cycles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B technology companies
  • Experience with customer onboarding or implementation roles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CLI and deployment tools
  • Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning components
  • Experience working with multi-org environments
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications

Schedule: Monday to Friday, EST

Compensation: Paid in USD

Location: 100% remote opportunity
