Sales Supervisor

Main Objective

The Sales Supervisor strengthen market position, and ensure sustainable growth through effective commercial strategy execution and compliance management.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide market insights and competitor benchmarking to support commercial decision-making.
  2. Define and execute annual and monthly sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  3. Develop and implement localized sales strategies, commercial policies, and incentive plans.
  4. Oversee dealer sales performance, supply availability, and inventory health.
  5. Ensure effective execution of customer satisfaction programs, including NPS and feedback management.
  6. Monitor commercial risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  7. Perform other duties inherent to the area.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive sales (OEM or dealer group).
  • Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and results orientation.
  • Working experience related to luxury brand is preferred
  • Working proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
