About the Role

Contact new leads and students via various channels, showcasing strong knowledge of company products and guiding them through account processes. You’ll educate on the benefits of real vs. demo accounts while building trust and motivating students to trade actively.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales or Account Management
• Experience in trading, forex, finance, or crypto
• Familiarity with LatAm markets
• Comfortable with KPIs and performance targets
• Experience with CRM systems and communication tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• English B1 and higher
