The Producer Roaster Forum (PRF) is the leading event connecting coffee producers and roasters. Held twice a year in coffee-producing countries, PRF facilitates direct relationships, knowledge sharing, and innovation across the global coffee supply chain.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent, remote position, with occasional in-person meetups. Responsible for managing and selling a diverse range of PRF offerings, this highly relational role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting across cultures.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently according to an existing sales strategy to meet revenue targets
• Sell sponsorship packages, event booths, cupping sessions, and PRF-related services
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for sponsorships and long-term partnerships
• Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients & sponsors

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing sales or account management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
