Sales Operations Specialist LATAM

Position Description

Optimizing sales infrastructure, processes, and tools to support a recurring revenue model, ensuring CRM administration, data integrity, pipeline management, reporting, commission plan execution, KPI tracking, and the development of data frameworks such as the Sales Behavior Index to enable data-driven decision-making across the region.


Key Position Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective CRM administration, driving consistent usage and accurate data to support sales decisions.
  • Build, maintain and operate the Sales Behavior Index (SBI) in alignment with the COAT methodology.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes that support recurring revenue models and new sales channels.
  • Execute timely and accurate calculation of sales commissions in each cycle.
  • Provide the sales team with tools, reports, and training materials to strengthen value-based selling and pricing discipline
  • Support Sales Managers in setting quotas, structuring incentives, and aligning compensation with desired sales behaviors.
  • Monitor and report sales KPIs, highlighting leading indicators to enable proactive performance management
  • Conduct regular reviews of the sales compensation plan to ensure alignment with business goals and market competitiveness.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Previous experience (years): 2-4 years of experience
  • Technical knowledge:
  • Sales Operations
  • CRM & Sales Tools
  • Sales Analytics & KPIs
  • Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Basic financial knowledge to support commission calculations, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.


  • Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (intermediate to advance), Portuguese (preferred)


  • Experience in:
  • CRM administration and data quality management.
  • Working with sales compensation processes and commission plan execution.
  • Building and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and performance indicators.
