Role Objective

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will provide critical strategic and operational support for the PC Sales Operations team in Chile, playing a pivotal role in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team for strategic and operational guidance.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including forecasting and delivery.
  • Monitor pipeline and backlog management.
  • Support on forecast accuracy and closing processes.
  • Identify business risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Develop insightful reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations or supply chain.
  • Intermediate English proficiency and advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.

Location

Av. Apoquindo 4800, 16th Floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Metropolitan Region, Chile.

Work Model

Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
