About the Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will partner with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize systems and maintain data integrity across operations. This includes:

• Providing direct user support on Salesforce.
• Implementing processes that ensure data accuracy.
• Developing sales analytics and management dashboards.
• Creating internal controls and documentation.
• Managing ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Building cross-functional relationships for continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency and sales operations experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Advanced analytical and project management skills.
