About The Role
The Sales & Marketing Controller position will provide key information that allows Management and Board of Directors to make both operational and strategic decisions and control the performance and results of the company.
You will be responsible for responsible for cost center analysis and follow-up of the respective performance and deviations for Chilean business. You will contribute to defining reporting guidelines, instructions and content in alignment with Corporate Finance. You will also participate in creation of budget and forecast and prepare and provide insights to the BU Management Team in all operational financial aspects. You will follow controlling standards and other Essity policies such as MICR and legal regulations.

What You Will Do
- Monitoring results, investments, KPIs and strategic initiatives by client, channel, categories and strategic segments.
- Prepare results presentations (Monthly, Quarterly, forecast)
- Ensure financial health of our clients' accounts, carrying out: monthly expense provisions, reconciliation of client accounts, safeguarding commercial agreements and their correct allocation.
- Actively participate in the S&OP process by leading and supervising volume forecast by SKU-customer and coordinating with Trade Marketing and the Production Plant to determine the projected results status and ensure production respectively.
- Ensure compliance with the WC by searching and identifying opportunities and risks based on budget deviations and monthly variations.
- Supervise the generation of management tools necessary for correct decision making, always seeking improvements to what already exists.
- Sales: Analyze sales and profitability (ROI Analysis) of clients to support decision making in the commercial area.
- Marketing: Evaluate new products, promotions and prepare P&L of all the ideas presented by Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in similar roles
- Strong experience in analysis of variations
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Power BI)
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- ERP management
