🚀 Your next challenge
- Implement the commercial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Actively participate in key sales (negotiations, deal closures, strategic accounts)
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast on a weekly basis
- Drive business development actively (not just supervise)
- Support the team in the field and in client meetings
- Monitor commercial KPIs and take quick corrective actions
- Identify new markets and expansion opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure execution
- Build simple and effective commercial processes (non-bureaucratic)
🌟 You’re a match
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- More than 10+ years of experience in sales management.
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role, leading both farmer and hunter teams.
- Solid experience in B2B sales environments, preferably in global companies.
- An advanced (fluent) English level is mandatory - C1 or C2 equivalent.
- Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and B2B prospecting tools is a plus.
- Competencies: High energy and dynamism, results-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, hands-on leadership style, strong execution focus, flexibility and adaptability, strong sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, stakeholder management, teamwork and collaboration, commercial team development, objection handling and negotiation skills, strong numerical and analytical skills
